This site www.shrob.org will, I hope, become the home of a small, humble local newspaper, to be found in coffee shops of the area. I am still working on a little technical infrastructure to try to make this happen.
The newspaper is designed to be printed, not virtual, but I may keep an archive of content accessible on this site.
